Automatic warehouse updates

Bring your warehouse data into one clear view.

Connect an authorized source of production readings once. Shift Command can then update the active shift, show when a reading is late, and give the assistant reliable context for its recommendations.

01 · Choose a source

Find where the readings live

Ask your warehouse system administrator whether your WMS can send events or provide scheduled exports. A source must be approved by the warehouse.

02 · Set up delivery

Prepare the connection

For a system that can send events, prepare a receiving credential below and give it to the integration administrator through a secure channel. Scheduled exports need an adapter.

03 · Confirm a reading

Check that updates arrive

The connection becomes useful after its first valid measurement. Review the source health and last observation time here before relying on live performance.

Connected sources

A prepared receiver is not yet a live feed.

No sources are reporting yet. Start with the source your warehouse already uses for production counts.
Prepare an API receiver

This accepts events from an authorized system or integration adapter. It does not connect to a WMS automatically. The credential can submit measurements only and cannot read warehouse records. Share it securely with your integration administrator; never paste it into chat.

Advanced field mapping

Mappings use top-level JSON fields. Departments use an array of {name, actual, goal}. Timestamps must include a timezone. Overall output is one business measure, such as shipped units.
